1. Service Engagement & Proposals
All commercial projects, shoots, and digital marketing retainers undertaken by KleverMonk Media are governed by formal Scope of Work (SOW) documents and agreed payment schedules. Project commencement is subject to advance deposit and written brief confirmation.
2. Product Shipping & Studio Logistics
For commercial and product photography, clients are responsible for courier and shipping logistics to and from our Jaipur studio. Clients must ensure high-value products (such as fine jewellery) are adequately transit-insured. We provide secure studio storage and careful handling throughout the shoot duration.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final project settlement, complete commercial usage rights for approved final deliverables (photographs, videos, website code, and creative assets) transfer to the client according to the license terms specified in the engagement contract.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Each milestone includes dedicated review cycles to ensure full alignment with client brand guidelines. Additional revisions outside the confirmed creative brief are scoped and agreed upon transparently.
5. Inquiries & Jurisdiction
